Rollin' Creamery is a rolled ice cream spot in Fountain Valley that has been a staple of Fountain Valley for a couple of years. It is very obvious that the end of the rolled ice cream trend has hit this dessert spot hard. Over the past few years, I have definitely noticed that the quality has dipped, but I will say that the ice cream is still very solid. The one negative that I will highlight is that nowadays there's only one server, so it takes roughly 20 minutes to get your order. The interior is still very nice as there are plenty of seating as well as some game tables where you can play foosball and other games. Overall, Rollin' Creamery is a very solid rolled ice cream spot to satisfy a craving.

I enjoyed the ube rolled ice cream that comes with mochi and whipped cream. Good flavor and not overwhelmingly sweet. I would get it again.

My first time trying rolled ice cream and it was so good. Since the ice cream were in layers it doesn't melt as fast as ice cream scoops. One size cup overall. Every cup comes with spoons, but I wished there was an option to get forks. It was a bit hard to cut through the rolled ice cream because of the temperature. Bonus, you get to watch the staff create your rolled ice cream in front of you. There's a foosball table in the back and a box of jenga pieces. Plenty of seats and table in the back. Thai Tea: Very light on flavor, you can taste the Thai tea here and there. Would recommend it for those with less sweet tooth and who need a bit more caffeine. Comes with light whipped cream and mini mochi bites. Black Sesame: This had a deep flavor of black sesame. Topped with whipped cream and mini mochi. This was so good. Would recommend getting this if you want to try something unique.

Came here after dinner in Fountain Valley. Cool concept here. I've seen it'll over social media of food vendors who use those techniques in other countries but never here. They use an anti griddle to make their concoctions. They have so many different flavors and choices. They have a whole bunch of choices on their walls with pictures, but they have even more choices found on their menu at the counter. They even have drinks and other kinds of desserts. The dessert comes out quickly. You can watch them make it on the anti griddle. The layout is weird. They have more seating towards the back. Even a fooseball table back there to sit and chill. The guy working the register was kinda mean and short; didn't like his attitude or tone. But I think that's just how he is and doesn't mean anything by it. There's no seating outside. So we just ate in the car. I ordered their caramel coconut delight. It tasted good. Light. But creamy. Not overly sweet. If you're able to pry the rolls out of the cup, it's much better to eat 1 roll at a time as you can feel the different layers, as suppose to eating it like ice cream or yogurt. It's a nice variation to the traditional ice cream or soft serve or yogurt you find everywhere else. It's a good way to end the night!!

It seems like the owner was working alone today because there was only one person in the store. He was very nice and working hard accomplishing all the orders. The store is small but have fun table top rod hockey game and simple wall decorations. We ordered Cafe Sua Da (Vietnamese coffee,) Captain Crunch and Banana Hazelnut. All three were unique and had great flavors. You won't regret ordering any of their ice creams.

Yummy yum yum! The ice cream is great (would love the flavor to be a little stronger but still very good) and the employees are friendly
